He has held positions of increasing responsibility in a variety of manufacturing and distribution entities including American Lighting Products. Prior to his role as CEO, Mr. Broser was Vice President of Diversified Lighting Products, Inc. Mr. Broser conceived LightingDiffusers.com to provide high-quality, reasonably priced lighting diffusers to commerce, industy, institutions and individuals. LightingDiffusers.com is breaking new ground offering volume based buying on the Internet to consumers across the entire globe.

Colleen Baum
Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Baum has more than 13 years experience in customer service, marketing and manufacturing production management. Her manufacturing experience includes architectural products, electrical fittings, amplifiers for EMC testing and lighting diffusers. Ms. Baum has served in a variety of capacities including Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager and Production Manager. Ms. Baum also has experience in ISO 9000 development and implementation. In her capacity as COO, Ms. Baum provides support for sales, marketing and production scheduling. Ms. Baum received her BA from The State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
