Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground or by common carrier if an item in the order cannot be shipped with UPS. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for an order to arrive.

Orders in the lower 48 states
For shipments sent UPS Ground to locations within the lower 48 states, all shipping costs are included in the price of the product.  No additional charges are added to the cost of the order.

Alaska, Hawaii, and International Shipments
If the order is being shipped to a location outside the continental United States, additional costs will apply.  After such an order has been placed, a customer support representative will e-mail the customer a shipping quote for their approval.  At that time, a decision may be made to proceed with the order or cancel without penalty.
