General Return Policy
Our return policy is simple and applies to all categories of customers. Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, you may return for a refund, less a 25% restocking fee, any lighting diffuser or related product that is in its original condition. Return shipping charges must be pre-paid. The diffuser cannot have been modified in any way.

The following types of items do not qualify to be returned for a refund:

• Items not purchased from LightingDiffusers.com are not eligible to be processed as returns.
  
  
• Products that have been built to order cannot be returned unless they have a defect.

How to Return Lighting Diffusers
To return lighting diffusers for any reason, simply call us toll-free at 1-877-236-0253 or e-mail us by using the service request form at the bottom of the contact page.  A LightingDiffusers.com customer service representative will assist you with return shipping.  Please keep the original packaging and accessories to return with the item.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received, inspected and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Order Cancellations
Unshipped items can be cancelled as long as the item was not manufactured specifically for you.
