These light stabilized unbreakable polycarbonate U. V. filtering sleeves are designed to provide protection in case of fluorescent lamp failure. In addition to containing broken glass particles and lamp chemicals which protects personnel from injury they allow ZERO ultraviolet lamp transmittance below 395 nanometers. They are designed for use in museums, libraries and art galleries and other areas where unwanted U.V. degradation is a critical factor. Packed 24 sleeves per carton. Universal end caps that fit both single and bipin lamps are included. OSHA approved.
